Nordy Banana HomeMade Ice Cream Recipe 自制香蕉冰淇淋食谱

INGREDIENTS:-
1. Bananas - 3 sticks (normal size)
2. Whipping Cream - 200 ml
3. Fresh Milk - 100 ml
4. Caster Sugar - 50 grams
5. Egg-yolk - 2

DIRECTIONS:-
1. Blend the Bananas and put it into a pan to mix with Whipping Cream and Fresh Milk. Heat up the pan with the lowest temperature.
2. Put the Caster Sugar into the pan to mix with the blended Bananas, Whipping Cream and Fresh Milk.
3. Put the Egg-yolks into the pan slowly. Make sure the pan is around 35-40'c degree to avoid the Egg-yolks becoming cooked.
4. Pour all above into the Ice-Cream Maker and set the running time to 60 minutes.
5. Your Nordy HomeMadeBanana Ice-Cream will be ready for you after 60 minutes or you can put it into the fridge to chill for additional 60 minutes.


材料

香蕉3条,动物性鲜奶油 200毫升,牛奶100毫升,糖粉50克,蛋黄2颗


做法

1. 用搅拌机把香蕉成糊状放进锅里与动物性鲜奶油,牛奶一起加热(35‘c-40'c就好,不可以太热)。
2. 把糖粉也倒入锅里加热熔化。
3. 加入蛋黄慢慢搅拌。一定要注意锅里的温度不可以太热,否则蛋黄会变熟。
4. 启动冰淇淋机设置60分钟,把说有的液体倒进去,搅拌成软冰淇淋的状态就好了。
