Norbie Oat Bread Recipe / 大雄幸福面包食谱

This is Norbie Oat Bread Recipe
这就是大雄幸福面包

LET'S DO IT!

Ingredients:-
1. Water -220 ml
2. High Protein Flour / Bread Flour - 560 g
3. Oat - 100 g
4. Sugar - 3 tablesppon
5. Salt - 2 teaspoon
6. Yeast - 1 teaspoon

食材:
1。水-220毫升
2。高斤面粉/面包粉-560克
3。麦片-100克
4。糖-3大匙
5。盐-2茶匙
6。酵母-1茶匙



Put all the ingredients into the bread machine to kniding
OR traditionally you can use your hand  to knid the dough
把所有食材放进面包机了搅拌
或者你可以用传统的方式用手来搅拌/揉面团




After the kniding, keep your dough there for 1 hour. There after you can make your dough into small ball as per the photo bellow.
揉好后的面团,让他们发酵1小时。发酵后,把面团揉成球状。



Put them into over to bake for 30-45 minutes (with 180'C)
过后把它们全放进烤箱烤30-45分钟 (180‘摄氏度)



DONE!
完成!
