Vanilla Ice-cream Recipe (made with ice cream maker)
serve 8 scope of ice-cream
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- 200 ml Whipping cream
- 200 ml Fresh Milk (better with full cream milk)
- 3 Egg yolks
- 100g Sugar
Directions:-
Group A
- Extract the vanilla pod then mix the vanilla extracts with whipping cream and fresh milk.
- Boil (medium heat) the vanilla pod, whipping cream and fresh milk.
Group B
- In a separate bowl, put in the egg yolks and sugar and whisk them until fluffy. Mix the fluffy egg yolks with Group A together and boil them in the small heat for about 3-5 mins. Stop the heat and let the heat to reduce and cool for 30 minutes (or you can put it into the refrigerator for about 5 minutes).
- Pour it to the ice-cream maker machine. Set the time for 60 minutes.
